fbaze Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between fbaze ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service provided through https://fbaze.org. These T&C should be read alongside the fbaze Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this Agreement.

fbaze reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage all players to review these T&C periodically to stay informed of the current rules.

Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement.

• Platform

  The fbaze website and all associated services accessible at https://fbaze.org and any sub-domains thereof.

• Player

  Any natural person aged 21 years or above who has registered a valid account on the fbaze Platform and uses any of its services.

• Bonus Funds

  Promotional credits credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms of the applicable promotion. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until requirements are met in full.

• Wagering Requirement

  The total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 30x) applied to the bonus amount.

• Account Balance

  The total real-money funds held in a Player's fbaze wallet at any given time, net of any pending withdrawal requests or active bonus funds held separately.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on fbaze, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. fbaze reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited and, where required by law, the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.
• One Account: Each individual may hold only one active account on fbaze. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, complete and accurate. You must keep your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• KYC Verification: fbaze operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address and proof of your payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the fbaze platform may not register a new account during the period of their self-exclusion. Attempting to open a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these T&C.

Account Security and Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fbaze will never ask for your password via email, telephone or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any other person using your credentials — is your responsibility. You must not share access to your fbaze account with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately so we can take protective action.

• Password Security: Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly. Passwords must not be shared with any person, including family members.
• Device Security: You are responsible for the security of the device you use to access fbaze. Ensure no unauthorised person has access to your device when you are logged in, particularly in shared or public environments.
• Unauthorised Access: Any breach of account security must be reported to fbaze immediately. fbaze will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
• Account Closure: You may close your fbaze account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method before closure. Closure does not affect any liabilities you have already incurred.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fbaze supports a range of payment methods selected to serve Bangladesh-based players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All transactions on fbaze are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fbaze does not charge a deposit fee; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the Player's responsibility.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on fbaze is ৳50, subject to any payment method provider limits that may apply independently.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. fbaze reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transfers. This policy protects Players' funds and prevents misuse.
• Withholding of Funds: fbaze reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these T&C, a pending KYC verification, or where required by applicable law or a lawful authority instruction.

Bonuses and Promotions

fbaze offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general T&C and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each Player may claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are published on each relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins not used within the promotional period specified on the relevant promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: fbaze reserves the right to withhold, void or recover bonus funds where there is evidence of promotion abuse, including low-risk betting patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts, or other forms of systematic bonus exploitation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbaze platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the fbaze platform to conduct, facilitate or disguise any fraudulent activity or money laundering is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without delay.
• Collusion and Match Fixing: Any attempt to collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, engage in match fixing or exploit technical vulnerabilities in any game or platform software is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious offence.
• Automated Systems: The use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools or any other form of automated play system is prohibited. All bets must be placed by a human Player acting in their personal capacity.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the fbaze platform for any purpose — including to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses or evade a self-exclusion — is a serious breach of these T&C.
• Abusive Behaviour: Any abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour directed at fbaze staff or other platform users — whether through live chat, email or any other channel — will result in immediate account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

fbaze is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended purely for entertainment, and we do not wish any player to experience harm as a result of their gaming activity. We provide responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbaze platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of fbaze or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any fbaze content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any other economic loss, even if fbaze has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fbaze's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, net of withdrawals made in the same period. Nothing in these T&C excludes fbaze's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by fbaze's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

fbaze reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — fbaze will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered contact information before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fbaze operates as an online gaming platform and Players access the platform on their own initiative and at their own risk with respect to the legal status of online gaming in their jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and fbaze, Players are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. fbaze aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected], marked for the attention of the Compliance Team.
